Keonekai Villages is known as one of the most popular residential condominium communities in South Kihei. Completed in 1992, this complex offers 256 units in 27 two-story buildings that sit on over 15 acres of verdant garden landscaping. Keonekai Villages is a perfect escape for residents because they are able to get away from the everyday busyness in Kihei town, but are close enough to take a nice walk down to the water at Kamaole Beach Park III.
There are three floor plans offered at Keonekai Villages. Every unit has 2 bedrooms, but there is a choice of having 1, 1.5, or 2 baths. Units with 1 bath have 625 square feet, 1.5 baths have 750 square feet, and the units with 2 baths have 756 square feet of living space. Residents have access to barbeque areas throughout the property and there is a nice community area perfect for kids to play or to have a nice outdoor dinner. The Kihei condos for sale at Keonekai Villages permit pets, but there are only long-term rentals available. Â
